More Collaboration Celebration

First a disclaimer -- my computer had to go to the shop for repairs so I did not get to upload pictures from the Winston-Salem trip in a timely manner.  The computer is back home so on with the show ...

I had a great time at the Collaboration Celebration in Winston-Salem with Bonnie and Mickey.

Great table decorations that turned into door prizes later:
Show and Tell from Bonnie and Mickey - Each showed some of their earlier quilts and gave some history on each.

Bonnie's Crazy Pineapple

Mickey's "Fish on a Stick" - Loved it!!

Collaboration Celebration Begins Today

Collaboration Celebration with Bonnie Hunter and Mickey Dupre begins this afternoon in Winston-Salem NC.

I flew to Winston-Salem via Atlanta and Charlotte.  Delayed in Atlanta due to rain, but made it to Charlotte where the weather was great.  Drove to Winston-Salem in a firey red Toyota!  The drive was very pleasant with wonderful scenery along Hwy 52.  Checked into the Embassy Suites where a fabulous room awaited me.

This morning I am free to roam around town.  My plans are to visit several quilt shops in the area.  It's a little damp but that will not stop the shopping.

No pictues yet, but will post some later.

Happy Quilting everyone.
