I have had these daylillies for six years, and this is the first time they have bloomed. Just had to share!
They are called "doubles". They are one of my favorite flowers.
These flowers survived the winter and continue to grow and bloom their little hearts out.
My yellow, single daylillies, also bloomed this year. They bloom early, almost the first flowers of spring.

How wonderful to see the very first-ever blooms on your daylillies! Thank you for sharing them. Here in central New Hampshire, my daylillies will not bloom until a bit later in June, but the Stella D'Oro lillies are all out. What fun to befriend a fellow gardener and quilter.
